If the LICENSEE does not agree to the terms of this EULA do not install, copy or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the LICENSEE agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between the LICENSEE and APPLIAN for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT identified in item 1 of the Schedule. Item 3: The SOFTWARE will ATTEMPT to record 100% of any streamed media from 3rd PARTY STREAMING MEDIA PROVIDERS in formats specified in the accompanying written materials.
Item 2: The SOFTWARE will ATTEMPT to record 50% of any streamed media from 3rd PARTY STREAMING MEDIA PROVIDERS in formats specified in the accompanying written materials.
